Walk the Walk for Autism - Stepping in the Right Direction for Autism
Together we raised $270,000 in 2018.
Thank you for Walking the Walk for Autism.
Your support means understanding, acceptance and inclusion
for people with autism and their families.

Emma’s Advocates are walking for Emma again this year!

If you didn’t already know, 1 in every 66 children are diagnosed with Autism. 1 in every 66 children will be born fighting, struggling, and some even suffering on a daily basis. It isn’t only the children that are affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder. It is the entire family. Financial burdens are just scraping the surface, of what families go through.

Walk the Walk for Autism is a powerful way to raise awareness, and raise money that funds wonderful organizations that put on Autism events such as: swims, sports, camps, and so much more. Autistic individuals thrive in summer camps. I know this fact very well. My family loves to attend the events that are closed to the public and put on for families affected by Autism. These events are always free, because of money fundraised! How amazing is that?

Why I'm Walking

I’m walking for my daughter who works hard everyday to be the best she can be without letting Autism get the best of her. I’m walking for my family that is affected by Autism. I’m walking for every child born with Autism. I’m walking to raise awareness. Awareness goes a long way for families, there is so much judgement out there where there should be support.

I am raising money so I can watch more children benefit from the wonderful programs and events put in place. Every dollar raised stays local and benefits so many children, teens, adults, and families.

I hope this year you’ll choose to be a part of this by either walking, donating or BOTH. Every dollar counts and goes a long way.
