Unicorn’s & Dinosaurs

Welcome to our page. Thank you for joining us. Whether you are joining us on our walk, through donations, volunteering or in spirit. JL and I appreciate it.

Why I'm Walking

My daughter Jessie Lee (JL) and I moved to the valley in May of 2017, to make life easier for my daughter. The city was not for her.

JL was diagnosed with Autism in August of 2017.

We have been embraced and supported by the Autism community at every twist and turn of our journey. We are involved in a lot of the services being offered; The Autism Center (Kingston), Rowan’s Room (Middleton), Early Intervention (Annapolis Valley) etc...

What a great way to give back to a support system that has started to give our life back. Autism is always going to be a part of our life. There is no changing that fact. I am ok with that. What I’m not ok with is standing by and not helping to make a difference for my daughter. So please walk with us to make a difference for our children and family members and friends.
