Hi! This is Team Carson's 6th year walking for Autism, and last year we were the highest fundraising team!

Why I'm Walking

My son, Carson was diagnosed with Autism May 2012 at age 3. Currently, there is no definite cause and there is no cure. We have been involved in some amazing programs that have helped and he is currently attending public school, thanks to these programs and incredibly supportive school staff. Academically he does quite well, but has difficulties with group activities, routine changes and connecting with peers. My mission is to raise awareness, dispel myths surrounding autism and raise funds for more programming, especially as our kids grow into adolescents and adults.
