Walk the Walk for Autism - Stepping in the Right Direction for Autism
Together we raised $270,000 in 2018.
Thank you for Walking the Walk for Autism.
Your support means understanding, acceptance and inclusion
for people with autism and their families.

Team Carson

Our son, Carson was diagnosed with Autism May 2012 at age 3. He is now a pretty awesome 9 year old who loves his little brother Ashton, his guinea pig Oreo, Minecraft, lego, watercrafts, geography and science..especically the solar system! We have been involved in some amazing  programs that have helped and he is currently attending public school, thanks to these programs and incredibly supportive school staff.  Academically he does well, but has some difficulties with group activities and team sports, sensory processing,  routine changes and connecting with peers. My mission is to educate others to dispel myths surrounding autism, promote understanding and acceptance as well as raise funds for more programming, especially as our kids grow into adolescents and adults. Please feel free to donate to help me reach my fundraising goal or join in on the walk!
Thanks (: Val
